1. Infrastructure Overview

This policy applies specifically to the FlatlyPage CDN (Content Delivery Network). While our main website uses the privacy-first PriviMetrics tool for analytics, the CDN infrastructure is built to be even more restrictive.

    • 2. Data Collection & Purpose

    When your browser requests a file (CSS, JS, or images) from our CDN, our server logs minimal technical data required to deliver the file and maintain security.

    Processed Data: IP Address (technical logs only), request timestamp, browser user-agent, and the specific resource URL.

    Purpose: This data is processed based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to ensure infrastructure stability, prevent DDoS attacks, and troubleshoot technical issues.

    3. Data Location

    All CDN assets are hosted on high-performance servers provided by Hostinger. These servers are physically located in Lithuania (European Union), ensuring that your data never leaves the EU jurisdiction.

    4. Security Logs Retention

    Standard server logs are automatically purged. We keep technical logs only for the duration necessary to investigate security incidents (typically no longer than 30 days).
